Great bread, varieties change with the day. Cakes and pastries are good, but they use less sugar than other bakeries in their sweets. Most of their breads are based on traditional German and Eastern European styles.
This place is awesome. It looks so small and unassuming. Smells fantastic in there. Pastries and baked goods are always fresh and the different staff members have always been kind and patient with my friends and I, especially since there is a lot of the goods have German names.
Bread & many other bakery goodies! Friendly German & English speaking owners & employees. Wonderful breads baked daily, but go early as it goes fast. They will sometimes have frozen if not your preference in fresh.
The best bakery in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, well worth the drive, get there and don't forget to have one of their German buns - I went back just to get them, all the way from Canada!
