Very disappointing. It was overpriced and the Mongolian Beef had very little beef. They do not provide soup or salad with to-go orders. There are many better places!
Karen was a very attentive server. This restaurant was suggested by a friend and it was just as good as she said. The food was excellent. It's not the easiest to get to, make the effort, you'll be glad that you did.
We thought this restaurant would be good because of the high star rating on Google reviews, but this was not the case. The five of us arrived at 6:30 and the waitress took our order at 6:45. Some of the appetizers arrived at our table just after 7pm. They appeared stressed and understaffed. Our entrees arrived around 7:30. The happy hour sushi I ordered(which was my meal) arrived at around 8:30, which is ridiculous. To top things off, I only ate about half since everyone else had long finished their entrees, I am bloated and feel sick to my stomach from eating there. I did not eat lunch today, so I know what the culprit is...the Shaggy Roll. This was my first and last time to go to this restaurant. The waitress was nice, just overwhelmed and understaffed. The atmosphere was fine. The manager seemed nice, but also seemed overwhelmed. I know other tables complained, which I'm sure had him busy. I did not complain at the restaurant and I wasn't going to write a bad review, but since dinner for five took 2 hours AND what I have what feels like mild food poisoning, I felt others should know.
After a company dinner, I misread the amount and ended up paying a little less than 15% tip (the dinner was being expensed anyway). It was a pleasant surprise that the manager walked up to our table to check if we did not like the service and asked for at least 20%!!!
Superb cuisine. Awesome ambience. Elegant and beautiful place. Excellent drinks and better service.
