Staff was very friendly. Helped me win a stuffed animal to help me convince a lady to go out with me. If I got it, she would. If I didn't, she wouldn't. Burger and fries were delicious.
Not a place for all families.
The food area leaves a little to be desired however
We used the karaoke room in the back and it was so much fun! It’s very spacious with plenty of seating. They have all the new and old songs and the room is clean.
Went to take my four children. Couldn't even enjoy ourselves due to the fact that they won't allow one parent to enter the kid zone. There should be something to accommodate all sizes and types of families. Will never spend money here. Wouldn't advise anybody else to do so either. Now my kids sad because all they wanted to do was play in a kids zone with other kids... not cool.
I came here for a team building event with coworkers and we had a lot of fun bowling and shooting pool. The place is very clean and spacious. The employees are really nice and the food is OK. They also have several karaoke rooms, but we didn't have time to go in. They have a decent sized children's play area that Main Event doesn't have. Prices are reasonable here. Just a fun place to spend a few hours.
Joseph/Jojo at the card counter was really helpful. The internet went out and they were more than happy to refund my card purchase. Amazing customer service!
