I believe my encounter was with a manager. Very poor costumer service and seems he doesn't need the business. I come here quite often as the location is very convenient. I had a bike rack put in my car this past weekend and it was never my intention to run my car through the car wash. I simply went in to ask about it and if I had to remove it. This man ran to me frantically while on the phone and without letting me talk he was ready to turn me away. He was obviously very busy on the phone couldn't advice me more than saying we don't take chances with bike racks. Which is fine and I'll make sure not to come back even without it as I personally preferred to be treated as a costumer not a botheration.
It's rare, these days, to experience great customer service but today was certainly the exception. I just completed a trek from Louisiana to Grapevine and believe I wiped out the Texas love bug population along the way. The extent of the damage left me with a windshield that I could barely see through....that's with my "special" bug removal washer fluid being applied many times. I pulled into the parking lot, emptied the bed of my truck, and started looking for a pre-wash bucket and brush to massage the love bugs remaining on my truck, when one of the owners came out of the office. She told me they would have no problem removing the bug guts and that they were prepared for vehicles like mine. I pulled around to the entrance of the car wash and another owner came out and help his workers prep my vehicle. Upon exiting the car wash both owners were standing at the exit and talked to me as I repositioned my mirrors, they wanted to make sure that all of the bug debris was removed. The bugs were definitely removed and the truck looked great. I highly recommend this car wash and have a great respect for the owners who wanted to see a completely satisfied customer.
I have been to many "full service" car washes and I truly feel the term "full service, "should only apply to those that do it all for you, especially when your paying $15-20. This one however left a sour taste in my mouth. Our car came out clean but there were no towels to dry the car, no items in the machine to finish cleaning the car. And the "manager," attitude like he could not get fired and laughed when i asked about why there were no towels. Told me, "that is the way the owners like it..." To me this just seems like this company is out for $$ not customer service.
Worst car wash I've ever been to... Place used to be good with previous owners... I paid the extra $3 for a wheel "cleaning" and went to the office because it was less than acceptable for a $10 car wash... The manager said I should have got the $13 wash!?!?!... I'm in the car business and know the deal, and you don't leave a customer unhappy... especially for top dollar services... I told him he lost a customer and he didn't even care... Capitol TOOL BAG
Poor customer service. Our car was pushed into the car in front of us while going through the automatic car wash. On-site management was anything but helpful. They refused to take responsibility for the damage done to the hood and grill. Nor would they provide any contact information for us to reach out to ownership. We are awaiting someone to call us back and attempt to make this situation right. We have cancelled our monthly membership and do not recommend this company to anyone that values their property and honest customer service.
