Everyone from the front desk to the back was so nice and helpful! Dr. Solis went out of his way to help me with a bridge that had come loose. LOVE this dentist and his staff !
Dr. Solis and his staff are the best. I had a terrifying experience before that made me never want to go to a dentist again, until I found Grapevine Family Dentistry. The moment you walk through the door you can tell this is not like every other dentist office. They are super friendly, very professional, and know what they are doing. They know your name as soon as you come in and what is being done. The customer service and friendliness does not stop there. The Doctors and staff in the back are just as nice. I was extremely nervous my first time, seeing my past experiences, but the staff and Dr. Solis understood and did everything they could to help me relax and feel comfortable. I would recommend this office for anyone who may have had a bad experience and hesitant to see dentist again, or even those who just want a better experience.
I mustered up the courage and called the front office. They asked a few questions and I told them I had some rough experiences growing up. They immediately made me feel understood and assured me they take great care of my teeth.
Once I arrived they took me in right away. Everyone was incredibly nice. Walked away knowing I was taken care of and with my next appointment scheduled!
If I could give the staff a 10 star rating I would. The minute you walk into this office your relaxed and at ease. The staff is so amazing and I want to personally thank my new dentist Dr. Solis for the amazing work he did on my new crown. I want to thank the dental hygienist for the hard work she did in cleaning my teeth. I feel good inside knowing I can show off my teeth when I smile. I recommend this dentist office to everyone and I will be referring people to come. Thank You Dr. Solis and your staff!!!
