Dr Kotsanis saw my son for all of maybe 30 mins and charged me $600 and never took blood or muscle tested him. $600... I was very upset. Then I found someone used my name CINDY LOU and pretended to be me and wrote a raving 5 star review for him. .. I have not met the man and he may be great over the phone but He was totally unhelpful to my son. But the kicker was to have the nerve to charge someone that amount of money..

I have been a patient (ovarian cancer) here for several months now. I have always been treated very well by Dr. Kotsanis and all staff members. When I meet with Dr. Kotsanis, he is very welcoming to any family members that are with me and even encourages them to be present so they know what is going on. I have also witnessed how they treat other patients and it's all the same - with kindness, caring, and respect, They seem to truly care about their patients and want the best possible outcomes for them. Sometimes they are very busy and it is difficult to keep up with the demands of the patients, but from all I have witnessed, they work very hard to do so. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking better health and wellness.
Doctor is very knowledgeable and caring, helped improve my health. Staff is caring and very attentive to patient's needs. This office helped other people that I know, the services they offer are superior in quality. A great place to go to.
I still have a bitter taste in my mouth from this place. Everything was rushed, like as if you're wasting their time. Mind you, just the initial 30 minute consultation costs $600 out of pocket. They have you fill out paperwork before you go in, but the doctor didn't even review my file. He was reading it during the 30 min consultation. The doctor doesn't really listen to anything you're saying. I also asked a lot of questions because I was paying $600 for this! He didn't like me asking questions I could tell .He just gives you his spiel and then wants you to order labs. So, I thought ok after all , he could probably only get an understanding after looking at lab results. I ordered and paid for labs from them. They were unhappy, because I didn't order all the recommended labs. I was paying everything out of pocket, so I asked them which of the labs were the most important ones and those were the ones I got. In either case, I am the patient and I ordered several thousand dollars worth of labs from you that I paid for! Nobody called to tell me about my results. So, I called and they sent me my results, which were actual labs. I'm not a doctor, I don't know what those mean. So, I called again and they wanted to charge me to come in and interpret the lab results!!! I felt like they didn't care about me as a patient or were interested in restoring my health at all. I have never been treated this poorly after spending this much money at any place ever.
