This was my first ever trip to any Trampoline Park, and I was quite disappointed. I was there with my little sister for her 10th Birthday, just a small thing for her. We jumped around and had a good time, until about 30 minutes in. The "Battle Beam" area looked fun, we wanted to battle each other and never got to due to kids using it the whole time. The problem with that was they were abusing each other and bearing each other to a point where a kid got injured. There is 0 supervision in that area, and when the kid got injured someone came over. Yet they did nothing to stop the fighting. I had acquired a beam to fight with and kids stole it 4 times, the supervisor continued to do nothing. My aunt went with us and jumped in the Foam Pit, and got stuck. The supervisor in that area seemed to scold her for that, yet it was out of her control. We enjoyed ourselves for the most part, but the staff seems to not care about anything.
We brought three preschoolers here during a Wednesday morning, during a specific time for preschoolers. There were a good many kids there that weren't preschoolers. It would be good if there were places where the littlest ones would be safe from big kids. Also, there was a little girl of about two who got separated from her mom and was crying and looking for her. It was just too big a place for those little ones. There were employees posted around the place, but lots of rules (like one person to a trampoline) were overlooked. Why have the rules if it is impossible to enforce them? Now, having said the negatives, there were also a lot of positives :) The children had a great time, and it was a pretty reasonable fee. There were benches right in the middle so that adults could sit and supervise the kids without having to be ON the trampoline part. They were pretty crowded though). And things were padded and enclosed and (for example, large posts holding up the roof had big pads wrapped around them; there was no way to ''fall off" a trampoline on to anything hard). There were also some tables at the front if you wanted to have a snack or take a break for a while, but those were all taken because it was so crowded.
Big space with lots of activities. Visited for a birthday party and was impressed by the nice upkeep and friendly staff. Even had a rock climbing wall!
Went for a family night with my kids school and had so much fun! It's spacious and clean, the staff all around were kind, and attentive to all the kids. I didnt check pricing yet the event was free. But the kids want to come back and so do I!
I would not even give this place One Star if that was an option!! Our oldest grandson wanted to have his birthday party here and we read other reviews and thought "Sounds Like Fun" and so we booked the party. We thought that we would have a dedicated Hostess for our party, as we have had at other venues, but our poor hostess was managing multiple parties so we were an afterthought for most of ours. We had ordered the Papa John's Pizza Package and the pizza did not show up until our party was over and after we had went to the Manager several times and they finally went to pick it up themselves. It was Cold and really not all that appealing. Several of our guests left hungry!! Why use an outside Vendor that you obviously cannot trust to deliver. We were told that they have tried Domino's and that did not work either...so Why have an outside Vendor then? We were supposed to have a dedicated time for Dodge Ball for the party guests...again that was another fail. They called his name over a PA system that you really could not hear clearly and as we had no hostess we did not know where to go so we had to track someone down. Then there were other people, not our guests, in there too. The young man that was to be in charge of that area was too busy on his cell phone and we did not get the time allot to us as they called another party to come in and he did not seem to know how long we were to get and rushed us out. The kids played on various things..climbing walls and some of the staff would be short with them until they saw an adult watching or with the child then they would attentive. I know this because our birthday boy came over almost in tears because the girl told him that he wasn't going to make the jump for the wall and to leave. So I took him back over there and her attitude was completely different. This place may work for teenagers because it is ran by them but it is not a place for children under 13-14 because they do not know how to treat them. Epic fail Altitude Trampoline Park because we have 5 grandson's and had this been a great...or even a Good experience we would have been back. Now we will try to tell others and spare them the frustration and the money!!
