I'm so disappointed in this office. I only moved to them because my original State Farm Agent died. Staff here does not listen to your needs. Moving agents to find that customer service I had before.
Mike Davis State Farm is truly outstanding. They took me back after I switched to try and save money, which inevitably cost a lot more in the end. They always answer the phone when I have a quick question, I love that. Also, Susan from MDSF called last month, just to let me know they found a way to save me over $600 per year, what a great call!

Insurance may be fine, but roadside assistance is a nightmare. On hour #3 waiting and finally gave up and called direct. Cancelling all policies as soon as claim paid out.
