This is a great place to take families for a celebration especially if you have any picky eaters due to the menu variety. As far as being a great Italian restaurant, don't get your hopes up. The food is good, not great, lacking in flavor and spices. But the unlimited salad and bread sticks fills people up and usually have take home food. Service can vary EXTREMELY from great to "where's the manager" as the staff experience is broad.
Me and my girlfriend went there for a date night. Our server was excellent and very attentive. Not once did I have to ask for a refill.The food was delicious!! When it came time to pay, my card was acting funny and was not letting me make payment. Corey, the manager, was very understanding and gave me time to resolve the issue with my bank while staying respectful, patient and understanding; still providing the same excellent service as our server did. After a phone call the issue was resolved and I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism used the whole time. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the near future. *The bank thought somebody else was using my card..total misunderstanding*
Excellent food and this Olive Garden has the most lit staff on the planet. They are excellent and energetic. When you go here ask for Shay. I once gave 5 stars taking one back. Shay was not my server this time. Next time l will be sure to ask for her because when I went it was over 15 minutes before anyone came to my table. Apparently two servers switched tables without informing management just as I arrived. I should have asked for Shay the moment I arrived.
Their food is always fresh & delicious. Service is great. Our last waiter was very good & attentive. But we were disappointed with a couple of things. We usually share the Tour of Italy which includes 3 different Italian dishes. But the portion size was smaller plus the price had increased. Also the salad had very little tomatoes & peppers. It mainly contained lettuce & black olives. We wish our favorite dish would go back to the way it used to be.
This is probably the best Olive Garden we have been to in years. Usually our experience at Olive Garden is really mediocre. The breadsticks here were hot, soft and fresh. Server was friendly. Overall great experience.
