They deserve ZERO stars. It was 1:30 pm, and the staff *refused* to ring up one more customer. I begged and pleaded, please please (I'm on my lunch hour; I can't come back in 30 minutes). The gentleman in the back said is was OK, but the women with the awful, scraggly blonde hair said "No, they can't". To the contrary, it is not that "they can't" it is they will not. Therefore, I was lied to by the pharmacy staff. There is ZERO customer service here. If they would at least institute staggered lunches, they would not be closed for 1/2 hour every day, which wastes another 1/2 hour of employees time by closing and opening; not the model of efficiency or customer service.
My business has been transferred to Tom Thumb today.
I have always had good service and results with the technicians and Pharmacists at this store and they deserve a better rating, but they are busy everytime I go in and because of the times I needed to shops and was told my prescription would be ready in twenty minutes, but was not.
The old saying goes...If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will.
