Jesus Ramirez told me miss information which made my life difficult and caused unnecessary inconvenience and never apologized. He does not know what he is doing and is a liability to the bank and a threat to customers. Avoid him for any services except the basics and always check with his manager. R. Good bank, but 4 stars cause I couldn't find my debit card.
This place is a joke. Line to the door. One teller. Just came in to pay off a loan. Told we would have to wait 10min for a banker. Waited over 45min before asking again. Then several employees started arguing about what to do and who had to take care of us. Never been to a bank or credit union in my life that was so poorly staffed and incompetent.
Fix the inside ATM, no excuse for dirty and broken machinery.
