This recommendation is long overdue! Chris' Car Care by far sets the standard for service and customer care. Joe, Trisha and Mack make you feel part of the family. I own a 2000 Mercedes that needed a lot of repair over the years. Instead of spending a large amount of money to fix all the repairs, including all the superficial repairs, Joe presented me with options. Joe put together a cost analysis that included "must have" and "nice to have" repairs with the associated cost for each. He explained in great detail each line item and the rational for the associated repair. This allowed me to take part in the process and as a result enabled me to make an informed decision.
Joe and team do excellent work. I have been there several times, and always receive great service! I recently brought in my BMW X5 xDrive50i, which is prone to issues, and they were able to arrange for the BMW dealer to fix a couple items under long term warranty (read: recall) at no charge from them nor the dealer.
Any repair that was performed was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive and better QUALITY than any dealer or repair center in the DFW area. These folks know their stuff and are able to articulate it to the lay person. I have not had an issue with my car that Mack can't handle. It is evident that there is a great deal of respect among the team for the expertise that each member possesses...this carries over to the positive customer experience that I have had. Trisha, the customer service specialist, is always eager to put your mind at ease. She shared with me that she travels quite a distance to work daily. She stated that she does it because the team is like family and Chris' Car Service provides a great work environment.

My BMW M3 needed a fluid/filter change and not only was it done quickly and error-free, but the owner Joe was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough answering all my questions. The newly remodeled foyer is also remarkably tasteful and welcoming.
These guys are great. My Mini Cooper was having some problems and they fixed it good as new, the price was exactly what they had quoted me a few months earlier, and when a hose came loose a few days after getting it back they fixed it right up again. It's hard to find honest mechanics, who really know what they are doing and value their customers- but that is what you'll find here!
I took my Mercedes to service yesterday at Chris' Car Care. I have been there several times for both service and repair. It was very nice to see the lobby was recently beautifully remodeled. And I received great service as usual. The owner Joe and his team are great people. They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very reasonable in price. I would definitely come back for my next service & repair need as I know my car will be in good hands.
I CAN'T recall a time when I left there feeling worse than I did walking in! I recommend their service to family, friends and anyone who appreciates supreme customer service at a very modest price.
