Most of the raps there are kind of idiots... one didn't know what is the next 1 is doing...Had to go through 6 people before I finally got someone that could help me with finding a simple data transfer cable... When the assistant store manager came by he didn't seem to think that that was unusual that is reps didn't know what they were talking about - lol
Went in for a camera and met with a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable guy named Matt. Matt was extremely helpful and gave perfect explanations of his opinions for the different cameras. I live closer to 2 other stores but I am making this one my store from here on out. Thanks again Matt.
Nice best buy and good customer service. They do not seem to pester you here as much as some other best buys do.
The selection here is better than the best buy I typically visit. I was able to quickly find what I needed(as well as some things I didn't but still had to have). I generally find BB prices are well above other places I buy electronics.
Employees are helpful. The car audio tech saved me a ton of money, which is a huge plus and will definitely be a return customer to this location
