This is one of the more run down of the Bose Factory stores. Being in Grapevine Mills you would think that Bose would put some money into renovating it some. It is in need of serious updating... the carpet is run down and the walls have the same paint as when they opened, not to mention the showcase theater is a shell of what it used to be just four to five years ago. This location has terrible customer service. I had to wait for the employees to stop talking to each other to ask them a question. When I was able to get their attention, they were dismissive. The clerk assisting me made mention of items that he could include with my purchase at no charge but when I brought them up at check out he said they would cost extra. l was pleased to learn about promotional items but was frustrated when the clerk acted as though I misunderstood him. All and all, decent pricing but if you already know what you want it's better to buy online and skip the hassle of going in to this branch.
