The night before last I showed up at 7:01 PM. The man inside said through the door that they closed at 7:00. A minute later a lady pulled up through the drive through and they ignored her. I guess they have enough business already.
If you're so inclined, they also offer drive through service, which can be nice if you have a child in a car seat and don't want to deal with the hassle of getting them out.
Took a 200 dollar dress to these half-wits and they put 6 holes in the dress, its completely ruined! Don't try to call and speak to the owner he's never there and no one working there cares that they ruined the dress. They attached my dress to a hanger with safety pins which was completely unnecessary, they also did it to my skirt. To add insult to injury they are overpriced! I'm completely devastated and they could careless.
I have been bringing my work clothes here for several years. They do a fine job cleaning/pressing clothes. I have never had a bad experience. Never a lost article of clothing or even an accidental broken button.
UPDATE- the owner fixed my dress but wasn't nice in the least, considered taking this review down but the guy was such a dick about everything I think it needs to stay up.
