Really impressed with this hospital. .

There's ONLY ONE problem. It will ONLY allow me to give 5 stars. Ummmm.... This place is by far worth more than 5 measly little stars. This place is AMAZING! I absolutely love this place. I've been here before. 3 times. 1 was for a frog that had been ran over and his/her leg was hurt bad and they loving put him/her down. 2nd time was because I found a dead cat in the middle of the road in my housing complex of where I USE to live and rather it get ran over again I wrapped it up in blankets and gave it a little stuffed teady bear so that they could have her cremated. And then the 3rd time my cat had given birth to kittens but one wasn't doing too well. So we brought him in. IDK the status on him? But I KNOW IF NOTHING could be down they sent him Home to be with his Creator, God Almighty. This place is a God-sent. Everyone is so nice. So accommodating. So loving, and respect, and so understanding, and have so much compassion. For EVERY LITTLE BREATHING THING! And even those who've ALREADY crossed that Rainbow Bridge. I now like in Burleson. But I'd go to there for anything and everything. When I move to Glen Rose or Waco (whichever I decide) I'll still do the same. That's how incredible they are. God must've spent a little more time on them. They're amazing! A masterpiece that ALL creation quietly appluads. And they're COVERED with The Fingerprints of God. I recommend this place to EVERYONE and ANYONE! They're amazing! Good Bless you all! And I send ALL my love and respect. With love, Danyelle.

100% recommend. The staff was extremely friendly and well educated. I brought my cat in because he had been drooling excessively, they took him right away and brought us to a room while a vet asked us questions. They did have him in the back for about an hour but they informed us that they bathed him 3 times to get the medication we put on off of him and checked his blood vitals and gave him IV fluids and everything. The doctor who was in charge (can't remember her name) of my cat came in next and told us exactly what was wrong and what could happen to him due to me giving him a cheap flea medication. She printed out seperate bills so we could get an estimate on the price if we took him home or kept him overnight. It would've been $324 to take him home and anywhere from $674 to $1300 to keep him overnight. They brought him to see us so we could decide what to do to see how he looked. He looked so much better but we didn't want to risk it and we decided to keep him over night. Lindsey helped us fill out for care credit and another girl named Lindsey answered questions involving our other animals and spent the most time helping us and printed out several cheats so show us different products that would be safe to use on my cat, she even printed stuff for my rabbit because I was concerned for him at home too. They let us stay a little longer to say goodnight. We came back the next morning when they called and said he can be picked up. I was scared the bill would be out of our budget but it was way lower than their estimate was which was great. It was only $372. Before we left they told us to call anytime of the day if we had questions, we did and they were super sweet about it. Basically, extremely friendly staff, they care about their animals/patients and the owners as well. If anything is wrong with your pet take them here!!!

They wanted to neuter my cat because she had a uterine infection after giving birth. I had already had her seen on Friday by her cat doctor and explained that I was not going to cut her open at the drop of a hat, and this seemed to really irritate the vet. So they made me wait for over an hour while looking up indications about her problem and which medication to give her. They took my cat away and put her in a back area where I couldn't see what was even going on and they kept her back there for a long time, even though I wanted her to be seen there in the room with me. The vet gave me a paper describing a canine uterine infection. There was no sense of urgency here and when I didn't want to have an emergency surgery (she had no temperature so her infection is not raging). If you can see a regular vet it is probably better. This is the last case scenario. I had a snake bit issue last year and they were slow, but I had no option. There was no one in the office today yet they made me and my mama cat wait and wait and wait. They treated us awfully once they found out I wasn't getting a surgery today. They could have given her a shot to make her feel better, they could have given us fluids to put her on at home. Both are recommended online. But this vet didn't want to deal with us once she knew I wasn't going to have her neutered.

I am very upset with this hospital, My 3 year old parakeet "Sparkle" was acting strange so we took her in around 7 pm but when we got there they took her in a back room for quite a long time without any word of what was happening. Almost an hour later the vet comes in an tells us that she has Egg Bound -(When the egg is stuck) they had to put her on Oxygen and said that they almost lost her? But instead of trying to treat her they kept pressuring us to put her down. They kept claiming that she couldn't go without 5 mins. of oxygen. We were very upset and thought she wasn't going to make it... but we brought her home anyway so she can say bye to her mate "Oscar" They dearly love each other. But we wake up the morning to her breathing and alive, a couple of days later and she is doing well now and is now a proud mother to a little egg and maybe more coming soon. Those people so called experts lied to us saying she was going to die but actually she was having the normal symptoms of a parakeet laying eggs...They almost made us put her down and her unborn chick(s)...They only want money...

The Dr vet Georgia was beautiful person took her time and explain all the details..of what they wanted and could do for our cat. And ask My option of what I can do.

Awesome very impress staff awesome. .
