*Long But A Must Read** For Starters, I would have rather given less than 1 star. I decided to write this review in Real Time while the situation was happening. ~Currently Still Waiting For Enterprise to Pick Me Up From The Collision Center~ So let's start at the beginning, I purchased my Car from Grapevine Ford Dealership and I love...Love...Love them so this is not directed towards them. This is directed to the Enterprise at their site... My Appointment for a rental car was made for 7:15am......its Currently 8:20 am.... I am renting a car so that my car can be fixed... So originally at my appt time I spoke to a young lady named Cheyenne...She claims she can be here in a couple of minutes and can check me in onsite *Mind You, the Collision center is less than 2 minutes away* Sooo I get off the phone with her, thinking she will be here shortly.. They are running behind schedule, but I'm OK at this point because I assume maybe they are just a little bit busy. *They Were supposed to have my rental car waiting at 7:15**
Fast Forward to 30 minutes later and I am still waiting, so I decide to call again to make sure she has the correct address. No Answer...I called a total of 5 times with no answer!!...So Of course Now I am Quite Upset... So Now I have the bright idea of calling with my number blocked, just to make sure there is nothing suspicious going on..lol To My Surprise, someone answers, Wowwww!!! I am thinking to myself, this is very unprofessional, so now I speak to a Guy named Shelby. He places me on hold for at least 6 minutes and then comes back and claims that he is sending a guy ASAP. So I say "OK I have been waiting 40 minutes, so thank you", we hangup and I begin to wait again... At this point it is exactly 8:31 and I am finishing up this review....and to my astonishment, I am still waiting..no courtesy phone calls, noone, and no answer at their site... I will provide an update shortly!!! But as of now I am VERY Disappointed in their service and will most likely be contacting corporate in a minute.
Well put us in a Suv for a week , it was dirty was not washed had looked like dog poo in it , with dog hair all through it, on the morning or the return talked to management and said that he would next give a free rental for our trouble, and most sorry for the inconvenience, we just called and asked about the free weekend car , and the rental car said that we could help but we have to pay for the car ,, kind of a shity dill ,no pun intended ,
