Mike Ware is so very professional and helpful. He was very patient while me and my husband looked at so many vehicles. My husband has now bought 3 vehicle from Mike and we couldn't be happier. The survive has definitely been superb all around.
Not a fan. In 2001, I went to Freeman in Grapevine when it was a Mazda dealership. I wanted a Miata, automatic, in crystal blue. Poor babies were going to have to bring it in from another dealership, and they didn't want to bother with me. They took my $500 check as a good-faith deposit in order for them to make the transfer, and they did nothing with it. I ended up going back like a month later, and my check had never even been deposited. They did nothing, and had no intention of doing anything. I have never forgotten that. Horrible customer service. They even gave me a hard time about wanting an automatic. You don't give a customer $h1t about their choice of product, YOU JUST SHUT UP AND SELL IT TO THEM.
However, I must stick to my word and not give them another dollar. They will put the pieces back together and we will then go on our own separate ways.
Tex and his team in the used sales department and the financial department are superb and go above and beyond. You feel like family from the moment the door is held open for you. They must eat, sleep, and breath quality customer service because that's clearly every day life for them. Thank you for helping my family out in ways I can't explain.
I called the service manager to address this situation and all he offered me was $100 off of the $450 cost to fix the lift gate, despite my entire experience with their dealership, which I went over with him in detail.
2) Since they wanted over $5,000 to fix my engine, I was strongly considering the purchase of another car. Told my service rep to have someone from sales call me so I could entertain the idea. NO ONE ever called me.
3) While getting my engine checked last week I had them look at an issue with my lift gate. Since I already had my car in the shop I wanted to get that fixed also. Fast forward a couple of days, which was the first time I needed to get into my cargo area. The panels from the lift gate, multiple screws, and the hinge are all left undone and dangling in the back of my car.

1) They misdiagnosed my engine repair and said I needed to spend over $5,000 for a camshaft replacement. I went and got a second opinion and the porcelain in one of my spark plugs was cracked. In and out at another location for under $500.
Fast response as soon as I pull up to Service. Was approached while looking at other vehicles and offered assistance. Great service.
Freeman GMC will never get another dollar from me.
