This is my 2nd purchase at this location and I have to say Josue is by far the best sales man I've ever met! Not only was he extremely patient with me; he also explained everything to me in great detail! The complementary snacks, drinks and play area for my daughter made the process delightful and enjoyable! I will never purchase another car from any other location aside from this one! I recently posted a review for the dealership in a negative manner and tone..which was deserving of the service and sales. However, today, Austin, service manager reached out to me and listened to my concerns and has made things right and better. I have dealt with Austin before and he cares and made me feel important. Because of this personal touch, I have removed my lower star review and give a 4 star (sorry, gotta lose 1 for sales team), but I would give a 5 stars to Service because I know now that Austin cares of his customers and willing to take time from a busy day to call. I hope things are smooth from here on. Not giving up on you guys yet!
