I'm from Louisiana and I highly recommend Benchmark jewelry in Dallas Texas! The salesman that helped us was name Nash Tharwani and he gave us the best deals ever! Make sure u stop by and ask for Nash! I guarantee you will leave happy like I did.
I have been there twice and both times received phenomenal care and attention from Amanda! She helped me pick out a beautiful ring for a great price. Also had Richie help me out towards the end very polite and friendly. I appreciate both of them and will definitely return for future jewelry needs! P.s. Amanda has great hair.

My husband bought me my wedding ring for the price of 18,000 dollars plus the warranty with it for an extra cost. The ring is very beautiful and I love it. We asked them about the warranty service and they said it was great and would take care of us if the time ever came. Well that time came when a small diamond fell off the ring. I took the ring to them where I bought it ( Grapvine mills mall) they was very rude and not wanting to repair it. I reminded them about my warranty and they had to take the ring. They stated it will take 4 weeks to fix, really!! I told them to just order the diamond and once it comes in, then I can take the ring for repair. They told no and to take it or leave it. I had to leave it, still they was rude about fixing it. This is very bad service and I will never buy anything from this store again. It's a shame that they do this to people and feel ok with it.
