I bought a pair of earrings for Valentine's Day. And it was missing some crystals, they were slightly bent. So I went back the next day to see what they can do for me and they exchange them for another pair no questions asked.I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I don't make a ton of money so spending something like this is huge and to fix the problem like this is awesome.
A few months ago, I accidentally dropped my ring down the disposal. It was a total wreck and so was I. The owner, Debi, assured me that I wasn't the first person to do this! They made quick work of repairing my ring and locating a few replacement stones. I'll definitely be back!
Debi and her team are absolutely amazing. I brought my broken wedding ring in to Bermuda Gold and Silver to be fixed and when I came back to pick it up it literally looked like a brand new ring. I'm so happy with the professional work they've done.
