This store is just plain dirty. It ALWAYS stinks. Not to mention the bad customer service here. I feel so disrespected. Disgusted by every aspect of this place. Oh and rudest employees.
Somewhat decent place. Doesn't have the best options for summer clothing.
The customer service is horrible. They manager was the one who helped me, a lady with long black hair and bangs. She was just as rude when one would expect more from a manager. The vibe this store gives off is "I'm doing you a favor by being here so you be grateful" like customer are not the whole reason this store is open in the first place. I will never step foot in this place again. I don't expect them to cater to me but I want to feel some value as a paying customer.
I'm giving the 2 starts for the person that help me and try hard to find me something useful she was very nice and helpful also patient Eve thanks for everything. the person that did my return please find something else to do u really don't like what u Do or u just don't care I needed return due to the clothing I purchase didn't meet the event I was going to attend she asked where the tag was I gave the tag she looked me straight in my eyes like I was a child and said "next time keep the tag on" and she start looking for some type tag hunger to put the tag back to the coth which she can do that after my return but she just wanted me to stand there and see her doing all kinda work when she don't need to be doing I was very upset but I kept it quite she did my return and told me the money will be on my card. I will never stop at this plase again!! It's a hot mess!!
Just plain dirty. Nice looking clothes but hardly any large size. You have to dig through all the clothes to find like 2 large blouses. They could make it alot easier if they had the clothes organized and labeled with sizes on top of the hangers. Maybe I would have not came out of the store empty handed after spending an hour looking. Will never go back. Only for skinny ladies not us thick women
