There is an egoistic store manager who is very rude and sHe is a racist. She was grumbling all the time and especially came to me putting the shoes away while I just sat there. and when she was as grumbling I looked at her surprisingly and she said, “what? What do you want?” I was shocked at her rude behavior coz I never ever met anyone like her in my life in any store ever. And she continued her bloody behavior for a long time. She lied to her Co-workers that We did something and also by hiding how she treated us even though I tolerated her rude behavior and asked us to leave the store. She is so dumb that She thought by threatening people would be scared. She threatened that she will call police and they will file a case on me. I told her I won’t leave and will talk to police as I didn’t do anything wrong. When I questioned her Co-worker, she said she has every right to ask us to leave becoz she is store manager. But I waited till the police came and they heard both sides and suggested that her behavior is not acceptable and that I should not let it go but call corporate and complaint about people like her. They said that she needs to learn a lesson. I'm going to do that too. To hell with these low-class people like her who doesn’t know how to behave. People should be hired properly with care for responsible jobs as store manager. Puma has given too many privileges to dumb idiotic fools like her. She is a Spanish woman 5ft tall if anyone want to avoid dealing with this racist devil. People who don’t have any leadership qualities shouldn’t be hired as managers. Unfortunate for Puma for having such low standards. Shame on them. Their reputation went to hell. I'll never shop this brand again. There are lots of brands in the market that are better. Puma is in business becoz of customers, customers are not for puma. The sooner they realise that and train their managers with some basic manners, the better for them. Even though they might be uneducated people they can be taught to behave in civilized manner and not rude like uncivilized animals. That would give customers better shopping experience, not bitter shopping experience. All this on a Thanksgiving holiday. Shame on that foolish woman.
Very arrogant manager. She doesn’t care what’s the fact and dump all her frustration on the customers. She was yelling at us, even though I was helping out to place the shoes back in the rack. Worst shopping experience. I would rather go different puma store or different brand.
Great store with awesome products are reasonable prices.
Avoid this store if possible.
