We were cussed at and thrown out of this store by one of the employees. Scared for my families safety.

Without asking they signed me up for their rewards program. I've never had any other retailer do that before. I thought they were putting my return on store credit instead of back on my credit card. When I questioned them they said oh no don't worry about it it's not store credit. I asked what it was and they said they were signing me up for their discounts in the store – like a rewards card. I told them they never asked me if I wanted to do that and they shouldn't sign customers up without asking them. They said they just always sign customers up. Really bad practice and violates customer privacy.
Best shoe store in this mall! They were the most helpful, nicest people working there with the best customer service! I went to several other shoe stores and this one was the only one that would help me! Foot locker is the sorriest shoe store in the whole DFW area! Not 1 foot locker carried shoes below size 11, and i wasnt even wanting some new popular shoe everybody is wanting!
