The Grapevine store staff was so welcoming and friendly. Daniel and Shawna took the time to answer our questions and knew their stuff. We had plenty of time to make our decisions and try out pieces we liked without hassle. They were prompt in helping us secure our selection and we look forward to likely coming back for more pieces as they fit into our space. A year later, I had an issue with the couch an called and asked to speak Lisa. She, again, was very knowledgeable and helped me resolve the issue. She actually remembered me and was extremely personable and sincere.
