My wife and I went to look but decided to buy the set we found. Mike, the salesman was great, he let us wander and checked up a couple times but there was no pressure. That made for a great experience.
We bought a reclining couch and love seat. In no time at all a spring broke on one of the recliners and after about a year the top layer of the fabric started peeling/flaking off. We have that stuff all over ourselves and our family all the time. Total junk for fabric or faux leather or whatever it is.
Bought a bunk bed which YOU installed about 6 months in the entire bed is loose and not stable. You sale sale sale and act so nice when we are there yet soon as we have an issue you cant help me at all. That's fine there is plenty of other furniture stores in the area. WONT SHOP ROOMS TO GO AGAIN!!
We went by here to check out some furniture for the living room. We found several items of Interest as far as a new couch and tables and lamps. The sales associates were very helpful as far as discussing the options we had for purchase and delivery.
I don't know how they are able to even survive in the business world with their exceptionally poor services. I feel like I paid them to be at their service! at their convenience!!! The manager is incapable of handling complains and likes to dodge phone calls from the customers. There is ZERO interest in understanding/listening to a customer's concern/complain. Cancelled my order because of the BS from the Roomstogo management and delivery services.
