We bought a patio set from them 2 years ago. The string on one of the umbrellas broke & I called them to see if it could be fixed. Curtis told me he thought it would be under warranty & to bring it up there. I dropped it off the next day & got a call from Curtis a couple days later.
Worst customer service from a high-end furniture like this. Told several things to get are business then in end all of it was not true and they could not make it happen. When finally get last bid promised they charged us again for something already paid for and now having to fight with there corporate office and Wells Fargo to get are 800 dollars back on credit card. Will not be buying anything ever again from this company.
He told me that it was not under warranty & they did not work on them. I was thinking "Great - he is not going to fix it & I will have to buy a new one to match the set." Then he goes on to tell me he found a place that fixes umbrellas & even found out the price of only $50! Saved me a ton of time & trouble.
